Foundation House at Northgate, a non-profit company, has provided assisted living and independent living services since 1997. Unfortunately, due to financial difficulties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the company has made the difficult decision to close its doors. The closure will take place on September 30, 2021 for assisted living facilities and October 31, 2021 for independent living facilities. FHN is committed to ensuring a smooth and safe transition for its residents to their alternative living arrangements and will continue to provide exceptional service and care until the closure dates.
